Station Two

What Happens After You Sign

Once your deposit is received or your loan documents are finalized, your project moves over to our production team: the installers and office support staff who specialize in the actual installation of your project.

Nothing Gets Lost

Your Details Travel With Your Job

Your job doesn't show up to production with just a name and an address. Everything from your inspection and your sale comes with it. Our Production Manager goes through all of it, builds out your work orders, and gets your materials ordered.

  • Your materials and colors

Who to Call

Your Points of Contact

Your Production Coordinator

Once your project moves to production, your Production Coordinator is your main Equity Roofing point of contact. They schedule your project and keep you updated.

Your Site Supervisor or Crew Foreman

When the crew is on site, talk directly to them. Your Site Supervisor or Crew Foreman is your on-site point of contact on installation day.

What to Expect

From Signed Contract to Installation Day

  1. Production reaches out

Our production team will reach out within five business days to get you scheduled.

  2. Work orders and materials

Our Production Manager reviews everything from your inspection and sale, builds out your work orders, and orders your materials.

  3. Your introductory call

Your Production Coordinator calls to schedule your project week. It's a week, not an exact date yet.

This call is also where we sort out any obvious conflicts. If you're on vacation that week or there's a day that just won't work, tell us and we'll note it.

  4. Your Next Week Notice

The week before your scheduled installation, you'll get an email we call the Next Week Notice. It confirms you're still on for the next week, and if anything needs to move, we'll call you directly.

It also lets you know what to expect: a roof replacement is messy, noisy work, weather can shift things around once we're underway, and our trucks and material deliveries will take up your driveway. Once we wrap up, we do a final inspection.

  5. Your exact day and time

By the Friday before your install week, you'll get an automated confirmation with your exact day and arrival window, like "Wednesday between 7 and 8 AM."

  6. The morning of your install

The next time you'll hear from us is the morning of your install. Your Site Supervisor or Crew Foreman will send a quick courtesy notification when he's on his way.
