The train in the Equity Roofing logo is a homage to our Mifflinburg office, which was once an old train station from the 1870's!
When we renovated the building for our office, we wanted to preserve as much of the history as possible, maintaining the architecture of the original structure and reviving the depot's timeless silhouette.
We’re so grateful to the Union County community for welcoming us into their neighborhoods and allowing us to be part of their history.

Photos and measurements are taken, problems are identified, and solutions are presented.
2. Transparent, No-pressure proposal
Pricing, materials, and timeline goals are defined clearly from the start.
3. Professional Installation+ live updates
Our certified crew adheres to building codes and industry standards. We'll share live photos and video updates on your project's progress that you can review at any time.
4. Final Walkthrough
We clean the area and don't leave until you are 100% satisfied.
For metal roofs, we use Tuff-rib panels from Premex, Pro Appearance panels from Kyfus, and PRO-Z fasteners, which are specially designed to prevent leaks and rust, and include a 50-year material warranty. These panels offer great curb appeal and long-lasting durability at an accessible cost.
If you're considering shingles, we often use cold-weather rated asphalt shingles like Owens Corning Duration Flex, which bend and seal well in low temperatures—ideal for our region's winters. Both materials are chosen for their reliability and performance under local weather conditions.
Yes, Equity Roofing is licensed and fully insured. We hold a Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractors License (PA 154015) and a Michigan Contractors License (MI 272400040).
