This roofing company has been wonderful to work with from planning to finishing the job...Friendly, knowledgeable and finished our house, garage and carport roof in one day. We were very pleased. We highly recommend this team and you won’t be disappointed.

On the morning Equity was scheduled to install my roof, they concluded that the existing roof was sound and the leaks were originating elsewhere. Another company would have installed the new roof and taken the money without solving the issue. Another company might not have had the expertise to evaluate the roof properly. Instead, Equity returned my deposit. They demonstrated tremendous integrity in the transaction, were unfailingly polite and communicated each step of the process in real time. Equity Roofing has earned my highest recommendation.

Experience with Equity Roofing couldn't have gone better. From quote to install, the project was seamless. All the guys were courteous, punctual, and professional. Workmanship was great, they went the extra mile with everything. They did our roof, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters so they were at our house for a few weeks. They kept the jobsite clean and organized and communicated every step of the way. Would absolutely use these guys again in a heartbeat.

They were very professional. I called them, they came and looked over our issue, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the work. When the work was scheduled, they were there on time, and completed the job within the time limit. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and we’re very careful not to damage anything on my property. I had expressed concern about how soft the grass is this time of year and not wanting ruts in my yard. They seated the area with plywood so that they wouldn’t make any ruts

Equity Roofing saved the day when some of my roofing started to blow off during a significant wind storm! They were on my roof fixing the issue less than 12 hours after I called them. And they had just done another little job for me a few weeks earlier. Everyone with Equity that I have spoken with has been fantastic!…so pleasant and more than willing to help! Steve, Trey and Team did an amazing job on our roof. They were professional, structured, organized, came on time, and stayed till dark to make sure the job was done. They paid special attention and care to the fact that we have dogs, one who just had surgery and they showed much empathy. We would 100% recommend Equity to anyone who needs new shingles and gutters installed. Our gutters were purchased extra but installed the very next day. We are extremely satisfied.

Absolutely excellent work, attention to detail, commitment to doing the job right, and an allegiance to customer service like I have never seen in my life. Quick, same day responses to trouble shooting issues with follow up service being performed within a day or two. When they say they are dedicated to providing customer satisfaction they truly mean it. Their desire to make the customer happy is unlike anything I have ever experienced in over 50 years of dealing with repair shops, stores, vendors, auto mechanics, and contractors. Everything about my experience with Equity Roofing was A+. They took on the difficult project of replacing an old standing seam roof with new standing seam. From the initial visit, throughout the phases of the work, and right up to the final clean-up, I was kept informed about what they were doing and why. My many questions were answered promptly, clearly, and in detail. Workmanship was excellent. And the workers on all the crews were friendly and respectful of the historic nature of the structure. The final product -a new standing seam roof - was just what I had hoped for. I highly recommend Equity Roofing without hesitation.

Joshua and the team really helped us out, repairing and rejuvenating our aging roof to give us a few more years. They stand by their work and their products. Kind people, very professional, hard workers. We will use them again for any issues with our roof, and for a new roof down the road. Really appreciate having such a reliable company nearby

This cupola wasn’t in the best shape when a wind storm came through and broke several louvers. I had no idea what all was broken on it until Equity Roofing came out very promptly to give me an estimate. There were screws coming loose and an issue with a sealant used at the base which would not allow proper drainage of any water that could potentially blow inside. We had a few weather delays, but they still managed to climb on the roof and take the cupola down for repairs at the shop, then brought it back to reinstall the same day. It looks beautiful now. I appreciated the consistent communication, and photos to keep me updated with the process.

I highly recommend this company. They are honest and stand behind their work. All interactions with Equity personnel were professional. People were on time and attentive to detail. Crew chief Chris was amazing and even followed up later to make sure we were happy, as did our initial contact, the estimator and design consultant Ryan. They have a 10 year warranty! I felt comfortable with all aspects of the project. We were impressed with the results and the customer service. Will absolutely call them for any future roofing needs.

We had our roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters replaced by Equity. Everyone was very professional. The crew showed up early and worked very hard. They put tarp all around the house and cleaned up afterward. Braedon, the site supervisor, kept us informed the whole time. I appreciated the pictures on the company cam so we can see the work up on the roof instead of climbing up there. Once everything was done Braedon did a walkthrough and explained everything and allowed time for questions. Everything was done in 2 days as expected. Thank you Equity Roofing for all your hard work. We appreciated every member of the team.

I got 4 quotes and decided to go with Equity for a full metal roof replacement. Ryan, the salesman, came out and did a thorough inspection and helped meet our particular needs. Chris, the project manager, did a great job of communicating how and when the job would be done. Merle, and the crew made fast work of it while providing great quality. They even replaced a piece of siding (in a hard to reach spot) that had blown off earlier in the year. Great price and professionally done! Would hire them again.

We actually had our new roof put on on July 21st, 2025 and from start to finish the work crew was very professional, very well trained as they each got out. Got to their specific assignments and seemed to move very smoothly. Both my wife and myself cannot thank equity enough for the great work that they have done and I will say at a reasonable price and I would recommend them to anyone. Great crew and great people to work with

The crew was here early and completed my roof in only one day! They did an amazing job and cleaned up when they were done. The gutters look fabulous! I’m extremely happy with Equity Roofing. I would absolutely recommend Equity Roofing. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

From start to finish these guys were amazing! The crew that did the install were efficient, thorough, friendly, and polite. They had the entire roof completed in one day, and when they left you couldn't even tell they had been here besides the new roof. They made sure everything was cleaned up completely from my yard, my deck to my window sills, everything was cleaned up. I'm sure some was probably cleaner after they left then before they arrived!When Chris, the site inspector, came to check the job, he was so nice and answered my questions without any hesitation. You can tell these are good people that take pride in what they do. I love my new roof and I would definitely recommend them!

...I have a very unique colored house, and this company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure the paint on the house was perfect after they finished installing my roof. They even touched up some paint that got smudged, that wasn't even their fault! I cannot recommend this company enough! They came all the way from Indiana,up to Michigan, to put our metal roof on! Eric was the supervisor on this job, and he was outstanding! Answered all my questions and concerns promptly, and they did stellar job, even with rain delays!

Great business! They are very responsive and do quality work. We hired them to do a roof repair/redid the pitch on a portion of our very angled roof that had a leaking problem after all of the snow we had in January/Feb. They made sure that everything they did along the way was exactly what we wanted. Great company!

We had our roof, siding, gutters, soffits, fascia replaced by Equity roofing and everything turned out beautifully. Ryan represented the company well with competitive pricing without the high-pressure pitch sales tactic that all other companies do. While there was a bit of a delay in starting/progressing with the project due to weather, the team led by Matt/general manager himself, worked hard to complete the project on time. Metal roof material and everything else were of excellent quality. Workmanship and clean up was superb. Would highly recommend this company to others.
