Age of the Roof
Your roof is between 10-20 years old. Younger roofs won't benefit from the treatment, and older roofs typically aren't good candidates.

I was impressed with Equity from the onset. I called them to ask about replacing a barn roof. Eric, the salesman, was prompt, respectful of my time and had excellent advice. Catherine, the coordinator, was on top of communicating any changes in scheduling. The crew worked quickly and safely, they were all super friendly and efficient.
