This large, well-kept home in Williamsport had three skylights and four outbuildings. The roofs weren't leaking, but the shingles were about 30 years old, and the homeowner wanted to replace them before problems started. He also wanted every structure on the property done at the same time.

The home's ventilation also needed a closer look. The roof's layout meant a standard ridge-vent approach wouldn't serve every section well.
The Solution
Kevin put together a single scope covering the house and all four outbuildings, so the homeowner could handle the whole property in one project.
Shingles: Owens Corning Duration shingles in Brownwood, a warm, rich brown suited to the character of the home.
Drip edge: Musket Brown, to complement the shingle color.
Skylights: All three were replaced with new Velux skylights with tan room-darkening shades.
Ventilation: After researching the roof and consulting with the team, Kevin revised the ventilation plan:
A powered attic fan (Master Flow, 1,500 CFM) serves the upper roof sections, so the upper slope no longer needs ridge vent.
A hip vent handles the small section on the side roof.
Gutters: The existing gutters were cleaned and left in place.
The work areas were fully mapped in CompanyCam before the crew arrived. There were no exclusions, carpentry surprises, or long-lead materials to delay the schedule.
The Results
We finished the house and all four outbuildings by the September 1, 2024 deadline, as promised. The homeowner now has new roofs across the entire property, with a matching, consistent look on every structure. His three new Velux skylights have built-in shading, and the ventilation system is designed specifically for his roof's layout. The replacement was done before any leaks could start, so there was no interior damage to deal with and no emergency to plan around.
